Meet the Staff - Robert A. Bailey

Robert BaileyRobert A. Bailey has been a Junior High and High School administrator for over 30 years working in a broad spectrum of roles including Faculty member in various departments, Dean of Students, Coach, Religious Studies Department Chair, Vice Principal for Student Life, and most recently Vice Principal for Strategic Initiatives at Justin-Siena High School in Napa, CA. Bob brings a breadth of knowledge that spans from the design, project management and building of school facilities to the design and implementation of new curriculum. Most of his career, Bob has worked in student life programming, combining student activities, and campus ministry in a manner which promotes a lived experience of our Catholic mission for all students. The current role in which Bob serves provides administrative direction to the development of identified strategic goals and places these goals on an intensified timeline for completion. Some of the recent initiatives Bob has completed have included the development of a 1:1 iPad program, the establishment of a Residential Life building and program, and the establishment of a virtual immersion experience.

Bob was recently honored with the Distinguished Lasallian Educator Award at Justin-Siena High School and previously recognized by the Diocese of Santa Rosa with the Heroes of Faith Award for his longtime service to the Diocese in the field of Youth Ministry.

Over many years, Bob has been instrumental in directing and guiding the development of a rugged outdoor Camp, based on Catholic Social Teachings.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Humboldt State University in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on math and science. He has completed graduate course work at both Humboldt State University and the University of San Francisco.

Bob serves Catholic School Management and its clients on a part-time basis in areas of strategic planning, student programs, activities, and residential life.
